Neo-Bolsheviks same as the Old Bolsheviks?

Much to do, regarding the literary skirmishes, surrounding the re-emergence of Russia.

It seems that articles abound, announcing their neo-bolshevik propensities, and dressing these polemics, as somehow being the bulwark of western ideation.

I came across this presentation, and suggest it as a case in point:
